All special or custom orders are non-refundable. If Essilux purchases any product(s) or gemstone(s) at the request of the customer to create a special or custom-designed piece of jewelry and the customer decides not to purchase the jewelry, the requested products or stones will not be refunded.

Exclusions for Gemstones and Gemstone Art

Products Not Eligible For Return

Kindly be aware that our return and exchange policy timelines commence when your purchase becomes available for shipment or pickup.

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Including orders falling outside our 30-day return policy.
  • Additionally, resized or modified rings, and engraved fine jewelry (with a $40 charge for custom engraving removal).
  • Personalized items like name necklaces.
  • Previously exchanged items, special or custom-designed jewelry (see below), and orders that underwent alterations during processing are not eligible for return.

How Are Refunds Processed?

Essilux is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by banks, duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by your country of importation or other parties throughout the process.

If Essilux chooses to authorize a refund after 30 days from the purchase date, 10% of the total cost will be deducted to cover expenses incurred.

After 30 days from the point a loose diamond or piece of jewelry is reserved, Essilux reserves the right to cancel the reservation and return the fees paid, minus a $300.00 handling fee.
